Q: What to do after getting these error codes:
A:
E1 (plastic sensor) /E3 (copper sensor)
- test resistance value (std: 5k? at 25°C) of sensor – if abnormal, replace with new one
- check cable connection with PCB
E2
- Signal cable between indoor and outdoor not connected due to unprofessionalism
- Outdoor copper sensor broken, resistance infinite – check cable, socket and sensor.
E4
- Check wire connection of indoor motor then restart appliance
- If E4 still display, replace PCB.
- Lastly, check the PG motor of indoor unit.
